Fermilab Linear Collider Study Group

-- 01 March 2000 Meeting --

For this impromptu meeting we had an accelerator talk:

CLIC (= CERN LInear Collider) is CERN's 30 GHz linear collider, with two-beam acceleration technology. It is expected to be mature around the time LHC construction is finished.

Frank was visiting Fermilab to do some work on the muon storage ring. We thank Norbert Holtkamp for alerting us to the opportunity for a talk on CLIC.

Reminder: The next (regularly scheduled) meeting is Wednesday, March 15, with plans for Berkeley.
