Horizontal Trigger Counters
Current Status:
- upstream horizontal counter is clamped immediately upstream of the downstream-outer BCkov pmt. We hope with this to determine if the 10% 8ns early BCkov peaks are due to particles shortcutting the reflection geometry
- downstream vertical counter is in place and cabled
- downstream horizontal counter is in place and cabled
