Here are the steps I used to register my laptop to use DHCP with both
the built-in and a wireless ethernet hardware address.<br>
<font color="red">Caveat emptor</font>. 

<p>Note that MC8-pk45 is the portacamp for the experiment.

clears the form, so use your browser BACK button to return to the page

(You should get a new screen with a unique Log Number)

Go BACK to the first page <a href=https://fncdug1.fnal.gov/misnet/cgi/nwsvc.pl>(here)</a>
Enter your FermiID again
For device ID, select Node/System/Nick Name
Enter your system name
Select "Modify existing networked info"
Click "Continue with next form"

You will now get a page with your system information already entered.
Scroll down to "Hardware Addr-2"
Check "Change to" and enter the second hardware address
Click "Submit to DataComm"  
(You should get a new screen with a different unique Log Number)
