Minutes of E907 meeting on Wednesday November 14, 2001

1. Tracking

In order to track progress and expenditures on E907 projects, each task will be assigned a WBS number. Monthly effort reporting will have to match the appropriated WBS number.

2. Magnet Coils

There has been no progress on repairing and flushing magnet coils.

3. TPC DAQ

(Peter Barnes) DAQ software & cosmic trigger activities are progressing well.

4. Chambers (Raja)

HV testing is in progress. 4 of the 6 E690 chambers will be used in the experiment. Additional large chambers will be needed US & DS of the RICH.

5. MOU

The development of an MOU is in progress. It may not be in place until about the end of the calendar year.

7. Next Meeting

The next meeting will be Wednesday, November 21, Theory Room, WH3NE at 10:30AM.
