Bob Woods estimates the initial settlement of the magnets will be 1/4 inch with an additional 1/8 inch per year. Bob will do further research before making a recommendation on where to set the centerline of the JGG & Rosie.
Gary Smith will make a drawing showing a cross-section of the TPC inside the JGG to get an indication of X & Y adjustment possible on the TPC.
Jim Ellermeier: a steel plate base will be used to elevate Rosie to beam height. Also, the mirror plates will have to be installed on Rosie.
Ingrid Fang is assigned to start looking at the support stand needed.
Jim Kilmer &endash; nearly ready to order materials of support stand
Anyone working on E907 must familiarize himself or herself with the WBS document, which can be reviewed at the E907 Web site under Fermilab at Work. For each WBS item you work on, record the WBS item, date and hours worked. Please forward that info to me weekly &endash; beverly@fnal.gov.
In order to work efficiently, you are encouraged to seek information (yes, bug them frequently) from the appropriate subsystem contact.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, January 30, Theory Room, WH3NE at 10:30AM.
