A drawing showing the additional 12" high concrete slab to support Rosie is complete. Next I will get a quote for installation.
Jim Ellermeier updated the draft copy of the installation procedure for the JGG (see attached). Forward any further comments to Jim.
A first draft of a Rosie installation procedure will come March 27th.
Support stand design is 30% complete. The expectation is to complete the design in 3 weeks.

Due to thick rail plate needed under NCAL, the RICH height had to be adjusted down. The RICH support stand drawing has been revised, but needs to be checked.
Support stands for CKOV, RICH, & NCAL &endash; the current plan is to go outside the lab to fabricate these stands because it is less costly.
Scheme to get E690 chambers in and out of MC7 is not developed, but consensus of Hartouni, et al. go ahead with overhead door (14' ht X 12' wide) on west side of MC7.

Kilmer has some 10" iron pipe to use for beampipe. At some point the pieces of pipe will be moved into MC7 and welded together.
Placing purchase orders: Per Peter's request, Jim Kilmer has found out that Fermilab can spec jobs and Livermore can place a purchase order to execute the jobs. Livermore funds have not arrived at Fermilab. However, we can expedite jobs by Livermore placing an order now. Potential candidate jobs are:, support stands, MC7 roof material and installation, concrete slab for Rosie.
