Subject: Data Recovery Dir ListLeon Beverly:
The ziptrack parts currently at ME7 are going to be taken to lab 8 for reassembly and operational testing.
In the mean time, your [Kilmer] project of getting material and parts made to re-make the "cart" needs to proceed. If I break the job into 3 parts - procure material, machining parts and parts assembly, the plan is as follows (John [Cooper], correct me if I am wrong):
- John pays for the material
- Livermore pays for the machining
- Fermilab techs assemble the cart
Livermore request you [Kilmer] to seek a couple or three cost estimates for the machining. Can you get that done? Also order material?
Painting 95% complete.
Spaces between coils on the US & DS ends of Rosie need to be shimmed &endash; Jim Ellermeier.
Ziptrack &endash; to be assembled at lab 8; software &endash; ready for testing at lab 8.
