Bad Geometry

The following image shows the contents of the HTPC volume in the root geometry. The sensitive volume, divided into individual buckets, has been hidden. The highlighted bars represent the flanges at the top and bottom of the sides of the field cage. Note that the sides don't meet up with the end of the field cage at the right (downstream) end. These parts also penetrate the upstream gas envelope, leading to overlapping volumes.

I haven't yet traced down where and when this error was introduced. I also need to check that the reconstruction puts hits in the correct place. At first glance it appears that the sensitive volume is in the correct place.
