The Lecroy HV1440 high voltage mainframe systems can be accessed remotely by using the custom designed terminal based high voltage control interface hv_control. This interface allows an unlimited number of remote users to connect to the mainframes to control and modify individual high voltage channels or sets of channels in a safe manner.
The software is intended to provide an easy to use access point to program high voltage cards through either configuration file based programing of the units, menu based interaction, or a direct terminal I/O session for input of raw commands.
